This house was built in 1968.
The last owners were a husband (dentist) and his wife (an architect). A family member purchased the house in 1994. In 2011, ownership was transferred to the dentist. In 2021, the property was purchased by a condominium developer for $6.2 million. You can guess what will happen to this house next.
The property includes an outdoor pool, gym, spa and tennis court. The house is situated along a precarious ravine.

My father built that house and I grew up in it from 1969 to 1991. A number of your statements were incorrect btw. That was a waterfall and it flowed down to a small pool and was indeed pumped back up to the waterfall. The new owners made some changes to the house but for the most part the layout is the same. What you called the master bedroom was a 3 car garage when I lived in it. And that’s where the video stopped for me. The master bedroom is actually one level up from the main level.
Wow, I love it. Unfortunate that it sounds like it will be getting torn down.
